Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

• Orders are processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation.
• The usual delivery time is 2 to 4 business days depending on the city.
• If the product runs out of local stock, it will be imported from abroad and will arrive within a maximum period of two weeks .

To the Gulf countries:

• We provide international shipping to the Gulf countries within approximately one week from the shipping date.
• We use reliable shipping companies that offer order tracking to ensure the parcel arrives safely.
